The industrial DPM with its 1:1 ratio gives
unsurpassable performance. This robust print and apply module has been
developed for industruiak use, to provide trouble-free, continuous
operation.
The DPM is suitable for almost every application. Our patented
dispensing mechanism enables dispensing difficult label material. The
left and right hand version make it easy to integrate into existing
production lines. Various printing modules ( 106 mm , 127 mm and 160 mm )
are available to suit different label widths.
In order to guarantee an optimum dispensing result, various dispensing
edges are available. In addition, various applicatos complement the
range to get the best from DPM. |

| Rotatable and multi-functional display |
The display can be rotated to adjust to the
machine angle in the production line. It is easy to adjust the settings
using the display parameters on the machine. The display remains
readable, even when the cover is open. International use is made
possible through its multiple language support.

| Impressive savings in foil cost |
The foil saving functionality provides
impressive saving in material costs. The foil saver starts working with
unprinted areas as small as 5 mm (dependant on the print speed).
The foil supply can be easily moved laterally across the web.
1000 m foil supply reduces production down times.

| Extremely fast and sharp printing |
The DPM's 64-bit processor generates images
at incredible speeds, enabling variable data to be printed without any
delays. The multi-tasking operating systems allows several jobs to build
in the background while rpinting the first job, eliminating
interruptions between jobs or unique labels.
Even a print speed up to 400 mm/sec, the 300 dpi resolution
print head delivery high quality printing of small fonts, bar codes or
graphics.

The DPM's print head can be quickly and
easily changed by the user without the need for any tools. It is
pre-adjusted at the factory to insure excellent proint quality every
time.

The integrated dot check feature indicates
if any print elements are missing, maintaining print quality and bar
code readability.

| Direct or indirect apply |
Unique flexibilty: The DPM can easily be
switched from direct dispensing mode, i.e. straight onto the product, to
indirect application, i.e. using an applicator.

The DPM systems combine the outstanding features of its high-performance class and optimized printing of RFID labels.
- Based on a 64-bit CPU it ensures unbeatable print results with a print speed of up to 400 mm/s and a resolution of 300 dpi.
- Not only that, it is exceptionally reliable and economical.
- The standard Ethernet connection allows simple integration into existing data processing systems.
- To protect both, chip and print head,
the printer menu includes a special parameter setting to define the
position of the chip. The intelligent near-edge print head lifts at the
defined position or automatically if it encounters print-free areas (if
the layout of the label has been designed around the position of the
transponder).
