The performance of the ALX 92x is the
best the market has to offer! The ALX 92x realizes a 1:1 print mode,
which means that labels are printed and dispensed simultaneously.
Therefore, they can be applied to the product directly.
You can`t go faster!
The 64-bit CPU loads images extremely quick. This enables the printing of variable data in real 1:1 applications.
The multi-tasking operating system prepares for the new print of
the next label while the former label is still printed.
The ALX 92x runs without downtime. Stops for changing the print
jobs are not necessary. The impressive print speed of up to 400 mm/s and
the print head resolution of 300 dpi ensure a extraordinary high output
and a outstanding print quality, even if small fonts or graphics are
used. |

Characteristic advantages |
- Display
The display supports different languages, so the system is
ideal for installations on multi-national basis. The movable display can
be brought into each position - so that fits best to the angle of the
machine within the production line. Messages are readable at any time.
- Print head
The user can easily change the print head without any problems
- or tools. The pre-setting of the print head guaranties an excellent
print quality.
- Standards
19 fonts and all standard barcodes are included in the
standard functionality of the ALX 92x. A compact Flash Card can store
additional fonts or logos.
- Sensor
It is easy to adjust the position of the label path sensor of
the ALX 92x - without stopping the system. The selection adjustment
shows the position of the sensor additionally. The user is enabled to
place the sensor in the middle of the path according to the pattern of
the labels.
- Dot-Check
The integrated dot-check gives a warning even if only one
single dot is missing and avoids errors absolutely reliable.
- Automatic foil saving
The automatic foil saving function uses all non-printed larger
areas, and guarantees that foil is used most efficiently
